Objectives of formation of suggestions acceptance council

1) Trying to attract the participation of all colleagues in decision-making process

2) Creating a suitable environment for flourishing and benefiting from ideas and experiences of employees and increase of belonging and attachment to their workplace

3) Providing healthy and free space for review of thought and extending knowledge, abilities and tolerance of employees through receiving their ideas and suggestions and criticizing and evaluating them.

4) Providing moral and material incentives for motivating and applying the power of thinking and creating constructive strategies by employees.

5) Providing arrangements for public participation in promoting goals of respective ministry.
