Financial Management
 

Introduction:
The management is one of the units of Office of the Vice-chancellor for Development which is responsible for implementation all university's financial affairs in compliance with the related regulations and rules.
Duties:

• Receipting university funds

• Following up and receipting allocation funds issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance 

• Registering obligations for costs based on the approved budget and taking necessary measures for opening letters of credit

• Storage and regulating funds, obligations and account of properties of the university

• Storage and regulating ledgers of accounts received and paid by the University

• Supervising how to use funds according to related regulations

• Preparing and regulating financial reports and offering it to the Chancellery and competent authorities

• regulating final accounts of the university
